What is the warranty?
We offer a 1-year warranty on parts and labor.
For warranty claims within 30 days of delivery, we will replace with an equivalent machine
For claims over 30 days after delivery, we can repair on-site, taking approximately 7-10 days
Can I order other miners not on the site?
Depending on order quantity, it's possible to special order other Avalon miners, please get in touch with our sales team!
Are you an official distributor for Avalon miners?
Pins Tech (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is the exclusive distributor of Avalon products in Thailand
Payments
What are the payment terms?
All orders are to be paid 100% up front.
This can be re-negotiated after several successful orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers only to our company's Kasikorn Bank account
Delivery
Do you ship outside Thailand?
We are exclusive distributors of Avalon miners for Thailand only.
How do you handle delivery?
All deliveries in Thailand are handled by local logistics company such as Flash Express or Kerry Express.
For items in stock, upon order confirmation, allow 2-3 business days to pack and prepare the order before it is sent for delivery.
For pre-order/back-order products, please allow up to 30 days for us to receive the products from the manufacturer before we can make delivery to you.
